Confirm the assessment pathway
The employer, project or site requirement should identify the assessment or certificate pathway needed for the role. Requirements can vary, so the authorized medical provider confirms the examination scope, eligibility, documentation and appointment conditions.
AxisCore coordinates the booking request; it does not act as the medical center, make a fitness decision or issue a partner's certificate.
Prepare participant and appointment details
The booking contact should provide accurate participant names, required Medical IDs, approved identity documents, preferred timing and any role or project context needed to confirm the service. Submit information only when authorized to do so.
Use the secure booking workflow provided for the request instead of placing identity documents in public links, analytics fields or URL parameters.

Review partner confirmation
A submitted request is not the same as a confirmed appointment. AxisCore and the authorized delivery partner review availability, eligibility, required tests and final price before the booking proceeds.

Keep personal information controlled
Only authorized people should submit and receive participant information. AxisCore's online workflow excludes uploaded identity files from the customer confirmation and reporting workbook; internal handling remains limited to processing the request with the authorized delivery partner.
